With electronic cigarettes, users still satisfy their nicotine craving on their own terms.  Nicotine replacement therapies such as gum, patches, and pharmaceuticals fail to address another habit that literally goes hand-in-hand with smoking: the oral fixation aspect.  With ecigs, users still experience the same sensation of inhaling vapor, which feels similar to smoke, AND get the nicotine they crave.
